Jennifer Morris is a web developer at X Static Development. Creating dynamic websites, survey applications, content management systems, and modifying/customizing open source web applications on a daily basis. When she was 20, Jennifer was given her first desktop computer and an internet account. Learning and exploring the internet for over a year, Jennifer started learning HTML and Adobe Photoshop. In 1999, Jennifer was exposed to PHP and mySQL. Her first php web application was a photo gallery. The uploaded images were given a circular thumbnail created by PHP's image functionality.
Today, Jennifer hasn't stopped learning with new technology being unveiled. Jennifer's skill sets included PHP, mySQL, Javascript, XML, Ruby on Rails, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, and Actionscript 3.0. Jennifer has used Red Hat Linux, FreeBSD Linux, GenToo Linux, CentOS Linux and Ubuntu Linux. Jennifer is also familiar with Apache and IIS. Jennifer has worked with mySQL database (4.0 to present), Postgre SQL database, and SQL Server(2005 & 2008) database.
In 2004, Jennifer expanded into Online marketing and Search Engine Optimization. Four years later, into Social Media Networking. with Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter. Jennifer's present goal is to start developing mobile applications.
